DR SEUSS' THE SNEETCHES
A Family Concert

Sameer Patel, conductor
Walter Ritter, narrator

Dr. Seuss’ droll parable about the folly of discrimination gets a unique musical treatment in this “storybook” concert about the power of “once upon a time…,” including music inspired by some of everyone’s favorite fairy tales. Concert will feature narration and projected images from the book.

Come early for fun pre-concert activities! We'll have an Instrument Discovery Zone provided by Bertrand's Music as well as Liam Williams and friends from Apple Store Fashion Valley presenting a short demonstration (in our Gould Room) on using your tablet to access music. Also, a small ensemble from a local youth orchestra will be performing for our Young Musicians’ Corner and you'll be able to meet one of our San Diego Symphony musicians as well!
